We couldn’t find an instep pad (a pad that is used for the ‘under-side’ of the sandal straps) that was both functional AND attractive . . . so we made one ourselves! This pad has adhesive on one side so you can easily stick it to the upper to give your sandals a more snug fit. Perfect for all you narrow foot ladies out there! And we use the same quality leather that we use for our lining so not only is it super soft and comfortable it also matches the natural lining on most of our styles, so it blends in!

- Hi, the triangle instep pad works best for our sandals with an asymmetrical upper strap, like the Finch. We also have a rectangle instep pad and Pelican instep pad that works with other sandals with a wider upper strap. - I’ve read other question/answer on how to install. I’m still confused, I do not understand where these should be placed…wider end near the heel? My issue is that my feet will slip out of the Finch sandal. I love them, but between this issue and I’m noticing another where it seems they reposition my foot to an odd angle. - Hi, you want to place the triangle instep pads on the inside of the upper strap of the Finch. We recommend trying the sandal on and placing the pad in between the strap and your foot (without taking off the adhesive) and seeing where it best helps secure the fit. Hope that helps!

- Hi, try putting the shoes on and inserting the pads (without taking off the adhesive backing) in between the strap and your foot to see how they feel. Once you find where they fit best, remove the backing and attach to the underside of the strap.
- I bought the red pelican slip Ons sandals are usually in a 6 1/2 so I got 7 I must have narrow feet because they are loose but six would be too small. Can I get inserts for these shoes what color should I go with
