Return and Exchange Policy

We offer returns on any unworn, unused products in their original packaging. Effective January 12, 2026, items are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment within 14 days of delivery, less a $10 restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived for our VIB and Golden Bird tier loyalty members.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of merchandise being received and issued to the original form of payment. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. beek is not responsible for return packages that cannot be tracked.

We offer free exchanges, subject to merchandise availability. When processing an exchange, you may choose an instant exchange, which places the new item right away using a credit card for authorization. Your card will only be charged if the original item is not returned within 14 days. Or you may choose to have the exchange processed once your return package is scanned by UPS.

Please note that a minimum inventory level is required to place exchange orders to avoid out-of-stock items. We will notify you if we’re unable to fulfill your exchange.

We offer free store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit does not expire. 

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in beek’s sole discretion.

Return Guidelines

Please visit our Returns Center to directly request and download a Return Authorization form and UPS shipping label.

Pack the item(s) in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible, and include the return authorization form.

If you choose to use a courier other than UPS, please make sure to use a courier service with tracking capability (USPS, FEDEX) and ship to:
