Ground shipping is FREE on orders $200+ to all 50 states and US territories. Loyalty members receive free ground shipping on all orders.

We offer easy returns within 14 days of delivery. Returns are refunded to the original form of payment, less a $10 restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived for our VIB and Goldenbird tier loyalty members. Exchanges are free.

"Arch support and cushioning are both perfect. Just enough to be comfy, but still cute. The thong part is still too far back. This is the 2nd pair i bought, these arent too bad. The first pair i bought, was ridiculous. The thong part was so far back that my foot hung off the back, with room to spare at the front. This pair, the thong part could move towards the toes about half a cm. Quality control here could use some work."

"Beautiful sandals, like an updated version of my early 2000’s gold reef flip flops. They designed these poorly tho. The thong part is too far back. My foot is practically hanging off the back ams theres at least 2cm of the shoe in front of my big toe. Shame, I really wanted them to work. 😩"
