"I wish I were able to leave a review of the sandals as they appear to be very cute, but I never received my order. After a month it still had not shipped, and I was forced to open a dispute with my card company to get any resolution. I reached out to Beek customer service and only received two responses to my multiple messages. Based upon other reviews, I apparently am one of the few people to actually receive a response from customer service. I was told my order was being expedited after the initial delay, but that never happened. This is incredibly disappointing as I've ordering multiple pairs of shoes and never had any problems. It is honestly some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced (not Comcast bad, but close). This is not the experience one would expect from a brand at this price point and it's really unacceptable. If I am to buy any Beeks in the future, I don't think I'll be doing it through their website - I like to actually receive what I buy."
Cute style, a bit narrow and tight
"I love the minimalist style and the comfy sole added to the arch support. I find the shoe a tiny bit narrow—not uncomfortable, but if I look at the side of my foot in the mirror I see my foot spilling just a bit off the side of the sole. Even my teen daughter said no one would notice this but me, though. The strap across the top of the foot is also a bit tight, so I have to adjust it occasionally, but I am hoping that will loosen with time. I decided to live with both these small issues, because the shoe is cute and useful and comfortable. It’s good but not perfect."
