Sad because I love the look

"I absolutely love these on my feet but the 8 was slightly too short (my heel was not tucking inside the leather back) and the 9 was like I was wearing my mom's shoes. I have probably 20 pairs of Beeks and it's rare that an 8 doesn't fit. I think there have been one or two styles that were too narrow but this is the first one that was too short. I'm sad, I really loved these and wanted them to work for me."

Took almost three weeks and customer service sucks

"I ordered these and sized down since Beek once again didn’t offer half sizes. It took almost theee weeks to get these and the box the shoes were housed in was damaged and had an odor. And they didn’t fit. My order isn’t showing as delivered so I can’t initiate a return. I emailed customer service with the order number the specific issue and asked for a return label. Obviously the email wasn’t read because I got a canned response telling to check the return policy via the link provided. Hello!!!!! Do better Beek. Make better fitting shoes and offer better service. I used to love love love this brand but as it’s grown it’s become horrible and I won’t waste any more of my money here."

Q&A

Arch support? And with the cupped heel style, would a 10 be way too big if I’m normally just over a 9? ( 9.5 is ideal for shoes if I need to wear socks but these don’t require that.) and do they stretch a bit in the toe box w wear?
Hi Kate, yes the Swallow features a molded arch for support. We would recommend trying the size 10 as I think the size 9 will be a little short length-wise for you. Hope that helps!
Will the Swallow come out in navy or other colors?
