Straps a little long along top of foot
"I love the way these look and will be keeping them but I found the straps to be a little long across the top Of the foot, to the degree that my feet slip Out of them a bit when I walk. They are high quality and adorable so I will just deal with it but I wish they were a little tighter along the top since leather stretches out a bit anyway."

CAN'T GET THE WRONG SIZE, AND COLOR EXCHANGED!
"Love the shoes, but the customer service for this company is terrible. I am writing this as I've had multiple email messages (mostly from me) as the company ONLY communicates via email, and that is once in a business day. No chat, no phone call, and emails with apologies, and instructions to manage an exchange that simply are invisible at this point. I've never encountered such a customer service nightmare . IF you buy shoes, make sure you get the right color and only need a size change or you will be having my experience!"
Comfortable shoe.
"The sandals are very comfortable with no need to break them in. The arch support was great making them comfortable to walk in for hours. After a few wears the gold leather seems to be creasing giving the appearance of a more vintage look and feel. Hopefully the leather holds up."

"Beautiful sandals, love the straps and effortless, elegant design. I just wish they were available in a half size. Ordered in both a size 9 and 10. The tens were too long, but provided the width. The nines were a tad too narrow for my foot. Unfortunately I had to return them."

"The quality of the leatger of these sandals seems to be good, but they don’t quite fit. But my 1 star is for the non-existent customer service, wish I could give no stars! I bought the size recommended but my feet move around when I walk because the straps don’t “cradle” my feet. I almost had a sandal come off when I was walking. I sent an enquiry to customer support on July 6 asking if it is normal for the sandals to be loose, what can be done, and/or should I exchange for a smaller size. Received an auto response that someone will get back to me in a few hours, but that never happened. Two days go by and still nothing so I sent another email on July 8. An auto response stated that they are currently closed and will open at 0900 Pacific Time; no additional communication. I sent a third email on July 13 and still no response. I’m done with this company. I would just like to return the sandals at this point and get a refund."
