"I love the way these look and will be keeping them but I found the straps to be a little long across the top Of the foot, to the degree that my feet slip Out of them a bit when I walk. They are high quality and adorable so I will just deal with it but I wish they were a little tighter along the top since leather stretches out a bit anyway."
"The sandals are very comfortable with no need to break them in. The arch support was great making them comfortable to walk in for hours. After a few wears the gold leather seems to be creasing giving the appearance of a more vintage look and feel. Hopefully the leather holds up."

I sent an enquiry to customer support on July 6 asking if it is normal for the sandals to be loose, what can be done, and/or should I exchange for a smaller size. Received an auto response that someone will get back to me in a few hours, but that never happened. Two days go by and still nothing so I sent another email on July 8. An auto response stated that they are currently closed and will open at 0900 Pacific Time; no additional communication. I sent a third email on July 13 and still no response. I’m done with this company. I would just like to return the sandals at this point and get a refund."
