"I ordered three pairs of these, and I only received two pair. They are too small. I tried to contact customer service via the directions on the website. My concern with returning them is that I only have two pair to return and I need to be refunded for all three pair. I have reached out for a week now more than twice asking for someone to respond to me. No one has gotten in contact with me to resolve this issue. I will never shop from this company again."
"Fits well. I have low arch so the arch of the Beek flip flops are a little higher than my feet like. Flip flops are also a little heavier than my other flip flops. But I still love the Beek flip flops bc it’s well made and looks good with my outfits. I won’t wear them for long durations."

Then I was told I could exchange them for the next size up; however that was incorrect , as it was not longer available with what the rep said was no plans for restock. Then they were supposed to issue a gift card and it took several days which wasn’t explained so the only other color I wanted that was available in my size was also sold out by then. Serious negligence on the part of this company. I wish I would’ve just purchased something similar from somewhere else. What’s worse is I’ve spent thousands of $$ with Beek and there always seems to. Be hang ups and issues customer service wise and also sizing issues — the different shoes are inconsistent depending . These run small — I’m always an 8 everywhere and these are very small. (I never know what size I will need in beeks as it seems to change from style to style)"
