The soft base and arch support make a world of difference. Flip flops can be hard on our feet. Beeks are something unique. "I first ordered the rose gold color, but it leaned orange, so I exchanged it for the beach/raffia. The exchange process was a bit wonky since I had used loyalty points for my original purchase. I had to jump through a few hoops to get the same price and actually ended up with a $0. 80 credit. Weird. The shoe I received was defective. The raffia was already separating from the sole in places and there was glue residue on the heel. In addition, the arch support was so far forward that it was under the ball of my foot. I have another pair of Beek sandals, so I know that this is not how they are supposed to fit. I returned the defective shoes and requested that I not be charged restocking fee because the shoe was defective. Customer service graciously agreed to not charge restocking. When the refund was processed, I was charged $10 to return a defective shoe. The Beek concept is a good one. They just have some quality control issues to work out. I don't plan to purchase in the future."
"Cute shoe but narrow sole. The side of my foot was hanging off a bit. I do not typically wear a “wide” shoe but I would say my feet are slightly wider than average. Four stars because I’m sure they would work for most people…and they’re cute. I returned them."

I ordered my normal size, 7, and although I they felt a bit too short in length initially, they eased up after an hour or so of wear. The arch support is a game changer - I’ll never be able to go back to anything less! Looking forward to trying more styles."
