The memory foam-padded insole is 100% leather and the outsole is rubber for easy grip at the pool, while boating, or everyday wear. These sandals feature our signature molded arch for ultimate comfort and support.

"I ordered three pairs of these, and I only received two pair. They are too small. I tried to contact customer service via the directions on the website. My concern with returning them is that I only have two pair to return and I need to be refunded for all three pair. I have reached out for a week now more than twice asking for someone to respond to me. No one has gotten in contact with me to resolve this issue. I will never shop from this company again."

- I have a similar style.. The straps are round and not flat. Did you change the design? The round strap was the best part of the sandal!
- Hi, you may be referring to the Sunbird flip flop from a couple seasons ago! The Sunbeam is an updated design - the straps aren't as round, but they are still made with the same super-comfortable leather-wrapped foam straps. Hope that helps!
