"The songlark doesn't fit my foot, but I LOVE the other two types of shoes that I purchased. I can't get customer service to respond to me to help me with an exchange, which is extremely frustrating and disappointing since I really love the other shoes I purchased and would like them in black instead of this type."

"I am a huge Beek fan. I’ve easily purchased twenty pair over the years and heat 10-15 of them. The leather, being so soft, always stretches out so they don’t last as long as they might otherwise. They typically fit great, these are just sort of strange on my foot. The way they bend is placed, it forces the foot to go sideways and looks weird. I kept them though because I love the caramel patent leather."
