"It’s hard for me to give a star value on these shoes. They are beautiful and the quality is impeccable. The problem is the design. The area elastic area where the top part of shoe meets the bottom part is sharp. It cut into the bottom inner part of my foot. On both shoes. So I had to return them. Such a bummer as I waited months for these to arrive. I would like to include a picture of the area; but this review will not let me."

I can't get customer service to respond to me to help me with an exchange, which is extremely frustrating and disappointing since I really love the other shoes I purchased and would like them in black instead of this type."
