We couldn’t find an instep pad (a pad that is used for the ‘under-side’ of the sandal straps) that was both functional AND attractive . . . so we made one ourselves! This pad has adhesive on one side so you can easily stick it to the upper to give your sandals a more snug fit. Perfect for all you narrow foot ladies out there! And we use the same quality leather that we use for our lining so not only is it super soft and comfortable it also matches the natural lining on most of our styles, so it blends in!

I purchased these rectangle pads
"I purchased these rectangle pads not for a pair of Beek but for a pair of loafers I own. My feet would always slide out of the back since I'm in between sizes. My solution was to place these at my heel so I can wear them during the warmer months when wearing loafers with socks is too hot. These pads are meant for sandals but love they are versatile for other style usages also!"

- Hi, the instep pads come as a pair in one order!
- How so you install these for people with narrow feet? Could we have a video or an explanation ?
- Hi Patti, it will be a little different for everyone but we recommend putting the shoes on and inserting the pads (without taking off the adhesive backing) and positioning them between the strap and your foot to see where they feel most comfortable. If they work, you can remove the backing and attach. If not, we can return or exchange both items. Hope that helps!
