"I love the sandals. Customer service is not good. They are not forth right. I ordered another pair along with this one and had to return it to exchange for a larger size. To this date I have not received any shoes or a refund for my purchase. I love the Beek brand but will not shop with them online anymore. Their customer service is horrible."

"These are my favorite sandals now. I'm getting old and the fat padding on my feet is starting to disappear so I need cushion in my shoes. Most cushioned shoes are unattractive but these are simple but very stylish! They can be dressed up or down. I love the gold branding used on the sole. I haven't had these long but I hope they last for years."

This was extremely disappointing because I was only wearing them as slippers in the home. I contacted customer care 3 times with only a response that they would get back to me - but they never did. I feel this situation could have been resolved if they had bothered to have some form of communication with me. Very disappointed in both the product and customer service."
