Product Care
For leather uppers (not suede), we recommend wiping clean with a damp cloth and conditioning the product 2-3 times a year. The suede can be brushed with a suede brush to clean. Psst, we even have the perfect conditioner and other product care accessories available on our site – talk about convenience! These boots are made to last - so treat them with love!
High quality leather outsoles (the bottom of the shoes) can be naturally slippery at first. Go ahead and scuff them up and you are good to go!

- Hi, we are not carrying the Falcon in the black for this fall/winter season - sorry about that! The Falcon is one of our top styles so other colors could come back in the future so stay tuned!
- I’m normally a size 11, so what size do you recommend? Why isn’t there a 10.5 size option?
- Thanks for reaching out! The Falcons are running big so we would recommend sizing down. Since we don't carry size 10.5, the size 10 would work best for this style. We also offer free returns in case you are not satisfied with the fit!

- Hello! These are fit to an average width which may be more difficult for wider feet. The Penguin or Alpine Swift would be the best boot option because they are unstructured. Hope that helps!
