Kenna, Birgit and Raili met over 25 years ago while working at Quiksilver together. Fast forward to 2025 after Kenna and Birgit founded beek and Raili founded Raili Clasen CA Design, the three have come together to collaborate on the RAILIBIRD sandal that represents how they met and their friendship. Featuring a super soft leather-wrapped molded footbed stacked on top of a rubber outsole, these sandals showcase the effortlessly cool and playful style of California's surf culture, which is hallmark of Raili's design aesthetic, with the beautiful high quality leather and construction that beek is known for.
Our commitment to sustainability is evident in our use of vegetable-tanned leathers, recycled and recyclable products, packaging, and leather sourced from tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group. Upon first try on, the width and the fit is the same and of course as with all Beek shoes, the leather is impeccable.
