Product Care
For leather uppers (not suede), we recommend wiping clean with a damp cloth and conditioning the product 2-3 times a year. The suede can be brushed with a suede brush to clean. Psst, we even have the perfect conditioner and other product care accessories available on our site – talk about convenience! These boots are made to last - so treat them with love!
High quality leather outsoles (the bottom of the shoes) can be naturally slippery at first. Go ahead and scuff them up and you are good to go!

- I’m wondering how much of an arch support is in your boots? I typically wear an insole for plantar fasciitis- would I be able to put one in? Or would I order a size up? Also, are the toe boxes considered roomy? Thank you!
- Hi, our boots feature a padded insole with arch support. The insoles are not removable unless you take them to a cobbler. Our boots are average width - the Quail or Falcon may be the best options if you're looking for a roomier fit. Hope that helps!
- Do you offer 7.5 wide?
- Sorry, we do not have wide sizes at this time. Many of our styles do work for wider feet so feel free to give them a try and if you are unhappy with the fit, we do offer free returns and exchanges.
